From October 6 to October 20, Peggy and I decided to take a break after a pretty tough year and head off to Europe for a well deserved holiday. We first went to England, where Peggy attended the wedding of a friend in London. Afterward, we toured London, Oxford, Bath, and Salisbury. We then continued on to Italy, to visit my father who works for the U.S. Army in Vicenza, Italy. There we saw Vicenza, nearby Venice, and the walled city of Marostica.

Prior to going to Europe, I also made a business trip to San Antonio, TX and Anaheim, CA. While in Anaheim, I got to spend some time in Disneyland before I jetted off to England to catch up with my wife. A couple week's prior to Anaheim, I went to a conference in San Antonio, TX where I got to see the Alamo and the Riverwalk.
