In early October, I was sent to Boulder, CO to attend a management meeting for my office. I was just asked by the union local for OPM headquarters to represent them on what is known as the O&E Council. The Council consists of all the management officials in my office as well as three elected employees and one union representative (me). There I spent the week trying to represent the union and not annoy my management at the same time. Fortunately, management is largely "pro-employee", so my job wasn't too difficult, although I felt like I was walking a tight rope on some occassions. Despite these concerns, though, I did manage to have a good time seeing the sites of this Rocky Mountain town. Below are some of the pictures I took on the way.
