Day 3 - Lake Louise: The third day of the Hu-Friedline trip to the Canadian Rockies consisted of exploring the area around Lake Louise. The day started at the Ten Peaks Ski Resort, where the family took a quiet ride up the skilift and got some amazing pictures of the Rockies as well as Lake Louise. After that, Chris took a hike around Lake Louise and Lake Morraine, which - like Emerald Lake - are pristine, glacier-fed bodies of water. Lake Louise was originally called Emerald Lake, but had its name changed to honor Princess Louise Caroline Alberta, wife of Canadian Governor-General Sir John Campbell and the fourth daughter of Queen Victoria.
