In August 2004, Chris began his quest to earn a Master's degree and make a career transition into the realm of public policy. At the time, he knew he would graduate in May 2006 but it seemed like a distant time in the future that might never come. But, before he knew it, the big day did come and Chris finally earned the right to march across the stage and receive his degree.
