Children have December 25. Some grown-ups, like Chris, have January 20 and like many kids do for Christmas, Chris was especially counting down the days to this Inauguration Day. For the first time in almost 20 years of living in the D.C. area, Chris and Peggy felt insprired enough to come downtown and see the inauguration festivities in person. It also helped that Chris' office is only a block from the White House, so the family could watch the parade from his heated office building. Below are the pictures from that great day.
