Peggy really works for a great agency. Even though she is not technically a journalist since she works for the federal government, nevertheless her agency agreed to send her to Seattle for a week to attend Unity '99, a convention of four national minority journalist organizations that is held once every five years. Peggy attended classes on the effect of the Internet on journalists, on web design and storytelling, and on upward mobility issues for women and minorities. Peggy also managed to play tourist a few times while she was in Seattle. Below are some of the more picturesque photos she took.
