In September 2009, Verlyn Francisco, a friend of Chris', offered to take him and his family on a tour of the West Wing of the White House. After living in the Washington, D.C. area for almost 20 years, Chris got to see almost every federal office in Washington except the West Wing and wasn't about to pass up the opportunity. While there, the family got to see the Oval Office, the Cabinet Room, and the Portico, among other things. They were not allowed to take pitcutres inside the West Wing but were able to take pictures within the Press Room and outside the White House, which are included here.
